Salon Salon
We make it easy…Create a Salon App

Do you own or manage a salon and you would like to make an app to engage your loyal clients and potential clients? You’ve come to the right place. As the number one Android App Builder in the world, appsbar.com can help you build your app as a Google Play app, an HTML 5 app, a Facebook App or as a website widget in no time at all. Your friends with Blackberries and Windows Phone will be able to view your HTML5 app as a Blackberry App and Windows Phone App.

The first thing we did for you was to start you off with eight page types that we thought were imperative for a salon to have (don’t worry, you can add as many pages as you’d like).

1

About

The About Page is pretty simple – it gives you the ability to use text, images or a combination of both to tell people about your salon, your history, and any other information you would like to provide. Let your clients know how you got started or about any prestigious beauty schools your employees have attended.

2

Staff

The Staff Page allows you to list all the members of your staff and their role at the salon. From the front end manager to the color specialist you can feature everyone who helps to make you successful.

3

Services

The Services Page is your opportunity to list all of the services your salon provides.  You can include descriptions of each service you provide, the price of the service and an image.  This is the place to let your users know the price for cuts, coloring, perms, or any other services they may be seeking from you.

4

Gallery

The Gallery Page is a photo grid page that allows you to portray pictures of the different services you provide and of your clients. You have the option of choosing from several different layouts – some layouts allow you to provide a description about the content you are uploading. This is your personal “Paul Mitchell 2012 Style Book” so let everyone see the beautiful masterpieces you have created.

5

Appointment

The Appointment Page lets you create a form or forms for the user to fill out that can be sent to you via an email address that you provide when creating the page. The user can fill this out to request an appointment at your salon. We all know scheduling is critical for a salon and we are here to help.

6

Social

The Social Links Page is your opportunity to provide your users with instant access to your various social networking accounts – you’ve already spent a bunch of time creating these accounts so it only makes sense that you want to have them display on your mobile app.  You can choose from a list of the most popular social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Vimeo or you can use one that we haven’t even thought of yet.

7

Contact

The Contact Page is required and let’s everyone know exactly how to get in touch with your salon.  Simply provide the physical address, phone, email, and website information. Getting clients to your front door is why you are making the app so make sure not to leave anything out!

8

Coupons

The Coupons Page allows you to create coupons that your user can use for discounts that your salon is offering or will be offering in the future. They can be open ended or be created for use during a specific time frame. Being able to share your “cut and color special” or “senior discounts” with clients on their smartphones means they can bring their phone with them and never forget their coupon.
